I’ve loved woodworking all my life. My father taught me the basics a long time ago and it’s always been very satisfying to me to take an idea, a design, a picture or just a conversation and turn it into something tangible. The finished product is not always perfect…..handmade items rarely are……but the time and experience that goes into the creation process makes them unique and, hopefully, long-lasting.
I have a small shop located just outside Dallas. (Yes….I’m a Cowboys fan!!!). I have all the standard woodworking machines and can do all that “normal” stuff but I recently added a CNC router to my arsenal. If you’re unfamiliar with this machine, I encourage you to explore various places on the web to see it’s capabilities (Google search “CNC Router Projects” images….you’ll be overwhelmed).
I have a real “career” but spend all my available time making sawdust and turning out creations. Precision Woodcrafting was started in order to get the word out and provide folks an easy way to see some of the things I’ve done and allow you to contact me to explore your personal, individual requests.
Please feel free to browse the Gallery. We’ll be adding new items as often as possible.
Use “The Creation Process” page to contact me to ask questions or provide input on something you’d like me to do.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Randy
(BTW, the picture is not me….just a stock picture for now. I’ll get my ugly mug posted soon.. 🙂 )
I specialize in providing individual, personalized service to produce unique, meaningful wood products. Wedding gifts, baby gifts, remembrance, military honors, fun/funny items……imagination is the only limitation.
While I specialize in CNC projects, I also enjoy the creative process in other woodworking areas. The Gallery contains some of the furniture and decorating projects I’ve completed in the past.
